Terms of Service

The service

VerifyFlow sells short-term access to virtual phone numbers so you can receive an SMS verification code for an account you own or are authorised to manage.

Numbers are temporary and receive SMS only — no calls, no outgoing messages and no long-term ownership. A number is not guaranteed to be accepted by every platform; some services reject virtual numbers or send codes late or not at all.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password private and are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business per account.

Wallet and prices

Wallet funds are in Nigerian naira and are added through Paystack. Each purchase shows a server-calculated price quote valid for 2 minutes. An accepted order reserves the quoted amount from your wallet; an uncertain provider outcome may require reconciliation before any refund. Wallet funds are not interest-bearing and are used only for purchases on VerifyFlow.

Acceptable use

Every purchase is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of our number provider. Prohibited use leads to blocked purchases, account suspension and forfeiture of refunds for the affected orders where the law allows.

Expiry, cancellation and refunds

The provider's expiry time is shown when available. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: provider refunds require confirmation, and confirmed failures before provider contact are reconciled separately. Expiry alone does not establish a refund.

Availability and liability

Services, countries and prices change with provider stock and may be withdrawn at any time. We are not liable for losses caused by a platform rejecting a number, a late code, or misuse of your account. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use VerifyFlow after a change means you accept it.
