Refund Policy

When you get your money back, and how.

What you are buying

Numbers are temporary and receive SMS only — no calls, no outgoing messages and no long-term ownership. A number is not guaranteed to be accepted by every platform; some services reject virtual numbers or send codes late or not at all.

Expiry

An assigned number's expiry is shown when provided by the number provider. Availability and the verification window depend on the provider; expiry alone does not confirm refund eligibility.

When a refund is issued

If no SMS was received and our provider confirms a refund for the unused number, the full order amount is returned to your VerifyFlow wallet. A charge for a confirmed failure before provider contact is also returned to your wallet. If the provider outcome is uncertain, we reconcile it before refunding; a missing phone number alone is not proof of failure.

Refunds are issued once per order. They are not issued for elapsed time alone. An order may show as expired before the refund appears.

When no refund is due

No refund is given once an SMS has been received on the number, even if the code did not work on the platform, or for orders involving prohibited use.

Cancellation

Cancellation is available only when enabled and supported by the provider. A cancelled order is refunded only after the provider confirms its refund.

Wallet deposits

Refunds go to your VerifyFlow wallet. To request a withdrawal of unused deposited funds, or if you believe an order was handled incorrectly, open a support ticket with the order reference.
