Acceptable Use Policy
Numbers are for verifying your own legitimate accounts only.
Last updated 30 October 2026
Permitted use
Verifying an account that you own or are authorised to manage, in line with that platform's own terms, or testing your own application's SMS flow.
Prohibited use
Fraud, scams or phishing.
Impersonating any person or organisation.
Spam or unsolicited messaging.
Evading a ban, suspension or limit imposed by any platform.
Bulk, scripted or automated account creation, or reselling numbers.
Bypassing verification for banks, fintech or payment services, cryptocurrency exchanges, government services, or identity/KYC checks.
Any unlawful activity.
Blocked services
Banking, payment, financial, cryptocurrency-exchange, government and identity/KYC services are never offered, and our servers refuse any order for them even if requested directly. Some services, such as WhatsApp 2, need separate approval and stay unavailable until approved.
Legitimate business use and abuse prevention
Customers may purchase multiple numbers for legitimate business use. Every purchase requires confirmation that the account is yours or you are authorised to manage it, and acceptance of this policy. Provider request limits and fraud-prevention safeguards still apply; bulk or automated account creation remains prohibited.
Enforcement
We may block purchases, suspend accounts and report unlawful activity. Our number provider's acceptable-use rules also apply to every order.
